If "OnBoard SC Interface" is set to "Enabled" and "OnBoard MS/SD Interface" set to
"Memory Stick" at the same time, there will not be enough IRQ resource to solve this issue,
there are two alternative solutions:
1.Use USB Mouse instead of PS/2 Mouse.
2.Disabled either "Onboard Serial Port1" , "Onboard Serial Port2" or "Onboard Parallel
Port" in BIOS setting.
