(If you want to use "USB KB/MS Wakeup From S3" function, you
have to set the BIOS setting "USB KB/MS Wakeup From S3"
enabled, and the jumper "JP3&JP21" enabled).

item "POWER MANAGEMENT SETUP", then select "USB
