Timer board doesn't work. (abnormal display)

Replace D127, L111, IC104 on SMPS board.

Case 1) 5.1 VA abnormal: Replace D127 or L111 on SMPS board.
Case 2) 5 V abnormal: Replace IC104 on SMPS board.
