can not get any volume no matter how many steps we try
There may be no volume on the Samsung C32R50 Series monitor for the following reasons:
1. The volume is too low — increase the volume on the monitor and the PC sound card or software program.
2. The Mute function is activated — access the Volume control screen and adjust the volume to deactivate Mute.
3. An HDMI-DVI cable is used — sound cannot be heard with this cable; use an HDMI cable instead.
4. The input device has a volume issue — check and adjust the volume settings on the source device.
