Removing and Installing the Power Supply
Before you remove or install the system cover
• Make sure the system is not turned on or connected to AC power.
Follow these instructions to replace the power supply:
1.
Press the retaining clip on the left side of the power supply unit along the direction of the arrow.
2.
Pull the power supply handle at the same time and pull out the power supply unit.
3.
Insert the replacement power supply unit firmly into the chassis. Connect the AC power cord to the
replacement power supply.
4.
To remove the PSU cover panel, loosen and remove the two screws securing the panel in place.
5.
Pull the PSU cover panel out from the system.
6.
Repeat steps 1-3 for replacement of the second power supply.
