    Step 1: Unpacking the equipment Open the package as shown. ࣑ ATTENTION In order to protect the RX50 rowing machine from damage for as long as possible, you should only remove the protective packaging when absolutely necessary.

It is scientifically proved that interval training burns more calories than classic cardio training.
