- Page 2 Get Started 1: Insert 2 fresh AA, LR6 1.5 volt batteries into the TX37U-IT sensor according to the polarity marked in the battery compartment. 2: Insert 3 fresh AA, LR6 1.5 volt Alkaline batteries into the forecast station according to the polarity markings. 3: After 5 minutes place sensor outside in a shaded location.
- Page 3 Snooze • Press the MIN/MAX button to activate the snooze function for 10 minutes. • To stop the alarm completely, press any button other than the MIN/MAX button. Forecast Icons The forecast station uses changing atmospheric pressure to predict weather conditions for the next 12-hours with 70-75% accuracy.
- Page 4 Position Outdoor Sensor • Mount the outdoor sensor on a north-facing wall or in any well shaded area. Under an eave or deck rail is preferred. • The maximum transmitting range to the wireless forecast station is over 330 feet (100 meters) in open air, not including walls, tree, windows etc.
