MICRO 30 SECS
Press MICRO 30 SECS repeatedly for 30 second
increments of microwave cooking time. Oven starts
immediately.

Use DEFROST BY FOOD TYPE for meat, poultry, fish,
and bread. Use DEFROST BY TIME for most other frozen
foods.
