Basically JUSB1/2 supports USB1.1, but after adding an USB2.0 chip,
JUSB1/4(white) supports USB2.0.
Having an USB2.0 chip, JUSB1/4(white) supports USB2.0 and JUSB2/3
only supports USB1.1.
