To send a message
Log in to your mailbox.
To specify recipients by number
Enter the mailbox number.
To record your message
Enter 1 to record
your message.
Press 2 to add another recipient,
then go to "To specify recipients by
number" or "To specify recipients by
name (dialling by name)". A maximum of 100
recipients can be specified.
Or, press 3 to review the recipients.
Enter 2
to accept.
To set the delivery time of the message
