Copper Ethernet Ports
The RUGGEDCOM RS900GPF supports an optional set of 10/100/1000Base-TX copper RJ45 or micro-D Ethernet
ports that allow connection to standard Category 5 (CAT-5) unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cables with RJ45 male
connectors. Each port is directly connected to chassis ground on the device and can accept CAT-5 Unshielded
Twisted-Pair (UTP) or Shielded Twisted-Pair (STP) cables.
