    OPTI-FRY OPERATION Before first use, the basket and drip tray must be cleaned. Wash with hot water and mild detergent, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or abrasive sponges when cleaning** We recommend the unit complete a 10 minute cycle without any food present to disburse any initial burn off smells.
