For use with LonMaker and other tools.
Minimum deviation required to send out the network vari-
able.
Reference temperature point to adjust the offset
Temperature value to output when the reference tempera-
ture set at SCPToffset[0] is input.
Offset = SCPToffset[1] – SCPToffset[0]
Gain applied to SCPToffset[0]
nvoRSVal lower range temperature
SCPTsetpoint[0] < SCPTsetpoint[1]
nvoRSVal upper range temperature
