Step 4
Locate the left and right exterior panels E & F, central shelf D and
upper facing panel N. Insert 2 cam lock dowels (BB) into the 2 upper
holes on each of the left and right exterior panels E & F. Make sure
the threaded side is against each panel so you can insert and tighten
each cam lock dowel (BB) into each hole in exterior panels E & F. Line
up the 2 cam lock dowels (BB) on each of the left and right exterior
panels E & F with the 2 holes at each end of the central shelf D. Press
the left and right exterior panels E & F onto the central shelf D until
flush. Insert 2 cam locks (CC) into the 2 holes on the underside of
each end of the central shelf D. Tighten 4 cam locks (CC). Do not strip
the cam locks (CC) by overtightening them.
Insert 2 wood dowels (DD) into the 2nd hole from each end of the
upper facing panel N and insert 3 cam lock dowels (BB) into the other
3 holes on the upper facing panel N. Make sure the threaded side of
each cam lock dowel (BB) is against the holes in upper facing panel
N so you can insert and tighten each cam lock dowel (BB) into each
hole in upper facing panel N. Line up the 2 wood dowels (DD) and
3 cam lock dowels (BB) on the upper facing panel N with the 5 holes
on the front of the central shelf D. Press upper facing panel N onto
the front of the central shelf D until flush. Insert 3 cam locks (CC) into
the 3 holes on the underside of the front of the central shelf D. Tighten
3 cam locks (CC). Do not strip the cam locks (CC) by overtightening
them.
