Efficiency test programmes for cotton fabrics
The following programmes (standard programmes, indicated by ü) are suitable for
cleaning normally soiled cotton fabrics and are the most efficient with respect to
combined energy and water consumption.

Programme setting at maximum speed for testing and energy labelling in accordance with Directive
2010/30/EU with cold water (15 °C).
The stated programme temperature is based on the temperature indicated on the care label in the
laundry items. The actual washing temperature may differ from the stated programme temperature for
energy-saving reasons; the washing performance corresponds to the selected temperature.
