engine f rom s tarting.
CONNECTING E LECTRICAL L OADS:
1. Ensure e ngine i s s tarted b efore p lugging i n a ny e lectrical a ppliance.
2. Plug i n d esired 1 20 V olt l oads t o t he 1 20 V olt U -­‐Ground a nd 2 40 V olt l oads t o t he
240 V olt r eceptacles. A lways p lug a ppliances i nto t he g enerator w ith a ppliance
in i ts " OFF" p osition.
3. Plug i n 1 2V D C l oad t o t he D C r eceptacle. D C a nd A C p ower m ay b e u sed
simultaneously. C ircuit B reaker m ay n eed t o b e r e-­‐set b efore u sing 1 2V
receptacle. W hen c harging 1 2V b atteries, i nsert t he c harging p lug i nto t he D C
socket a nd t hen c onnect t he t erminals t o t he b attery. A fter c harging i s
complete, r emove b attery t erminal f irst, t hen u n-­‐plug c harging p lug f rom
generator. R emove t he g round w ire o f C ar B atteries p rior t o c harging a nd r e-­‐
connect a fter c harging i s c omplete t o a void s hort c ircuit o r s park.
4. Do N OT c onnect 2 40 V olt l oads t o t he 1 20 V olt r eceptacles.
5. Only c onnects s ingle-­‐phase 6 0 H ertz l oads.
