To set the date and time on the BIOS Diagnostics ULTRA 3MS1-4Y blood pressure monitor, follow these steps:
1. Insert the batteries for the first time, or press and hold the button for over 3 seconds to enter the date and time setting mode.
2. The year will start flashing. Press the button to adjust the year, then press the button to confirm.
3. The month will start flashing. Press the button repeatedly to set the month, then press the button to confirm. Follow the same steps to set the date.
4. The hour will start flashing. Press the button repeatedly to set the hour, then press the button to confirm. Follow the same steps to set the minutes.
