• Universal Screwdriver
• 5-gallon (20 liters) bucket
PARTS REQUIRED
• 020008837 FreshBlender USB Hub w/ WiFi Antenna Kit
Important
Keep refrigeration cabinet door closed so product
remains chilled.
Important
RIGHT and LEFT side references are based on facing front
of unit.
INSTRUCTION
1. Locate USB Hub and make sure it is insert into sheet
metal holster with cable coming out bottom.
2. Remove antenna from USB hub if applicable.
3. Power unit OFF using switch at top corner.

4. Unlock front upper door with key and remove RIGHT
side panel.
5. Move unit away from wall and place bucket under drain
if needed.
6. Locate USB connections at rear of touchscreen.

7. Trace ADA Keypad wire to the USB connections at rear
of touchscreen and disconnect.

- Page 2 Subject: FreshBlender USB Hub w/ WiFi Antenna Installation 8. Locate edge of the unit’s frame as shown below. CONFIRM OPERATION 12. Before reassembly power unit ON and verify the following: • Test the ADA control pad to make sure it is operational. (If ADA control does not work, check the USB connections.) • In the SERVICE HOME screen go to NETWORK>WIFI and connect the machine to WiFi. After connected verify connectivity: the NETWORK/WIFI screen should display “Connected to” and the SSID being used at the location. REASSEMBLY 9. Attach new USB holster by hooking over the unit’s frame 13. Make sure no wires interfere with the blender assembly. as shown below. 14. Reinstall RIGHT side panel. 15. Close and lock upper front door. 16. Remove bucket and push unit back into place if applicable. 17. Verify the unit is properly located over the drain. 18. Make a drink with the manager present to confirm operation. 10. Complete connections at rear of UI screen as pictured below. Power USB Hub Antenna Connection AUX Board Connection 11. Complete connections to new USB Hub as pictured below. NOTE: When facing front of unit with upper door open, the USB Jumper Cable is located to the right of the UI screen on the metal frame.
