Instruction
1. Enter one of the following screens, Employee, Manager,
or Service Menu. (See Figure 1)
A. The these screens are hidden and will require a
password. From a start screen, touch the three
corners in the order shown to access the password
screen. (See Figure 1)
B.
Leave the field blank and Press Enter to access the
Employee Menu. Manager and Service Menus require
passwords.
NOTE: If the TOUCH TO START or OUT OF SERVICE screen is
not currently displaying on the machine you must first enter
a Flavor Selection screen then double tap the BACK button
to bring the TOUCH TO START screen back up.
2. Select CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS. (See Figure 1)
3. Select ICE SANITIZE. (See Figure 1)
4. Locate necessary supplies and select NEXT.
5. Ensure drain hose is properly connected.
6. Disconnect water supply line and select CONFIRM. (See
Figure 3)
A. Ice maker will drain.
7. Ice Bin Dump (See Figure 4)
A. Place ice dump chute as shown. (See Figure 4)
B.
Place empty 5 gallon bucket at end of chute to
catch dispensed ice. (See Figure 4)
