6.4 Headrest

Removing/positioning the headrest (Fig 6.8)
1. Lift (D).
2. Slide (E) out of or into (F).
3. Push (D) down.

6.5 Retractable and swing-away joystick mounts

The joystick or enhanced display is mounted with a mechanism that allows the joystick to be locked in a
forward or retracted position.
To retract or swing-away the joystick mount (Fig 6.9)
1. To retract the joystick, push outward on the inside of the joystick.
2. Push the joystick away from the front of the armrest until it locks into the swing-way position.
3. To return to forward position, push the front of the joystick mount forward until it locks into place.
6.6 Elevating legrest (Option) (Fig 6.10)
1. Adjustment
a. To raise legrest, lift to desired position. Legrest will automatically lock in place.
b. To lower legrest, while seated in chair, fi rst lift slightly then press release lever (H) down and
lower legrest to desired position.
6.7 Angle adjustable center mount footrest (Option) (Fig 6.11)
1. Quick independent angle adjustment
a. Depress the button (H) and angle adjust the footplates as an assembly or independently of each
other.
2. Adjustment
a. To raise legrest, lift to desired position. Legrest will automatically lock in place.
b. To lower legrest, while seated in chair, fi rst lift slightly then press the button (I) and lower
legrest to desired position.
