Instructions Before Mounting Mounting Kit The delivered parts are to be mounted on your HARDI sprayer. They are used for leading the air from the TWIN blowers to the air channels on the boom wings. Where on the Sprayer On the boom wings. -

Instructions Mounting Instructions Mounting the Parts Prepare the aluminium rails by applying sliding agent. This will facilitate pulling the air bags onto the rails. Start with mounting the air bag at the boom tip (breakaway), and work you way towards the boom centre. Note what is the inside and outside of the air bags before mounting. - Page 5 Instructions When mounting an air bag, lead the string into the channel in the aluminium profile. Push it forward by hand while making sure that the air bag does not exit this channel anywhere. Get a colleague to help pulling the air bag on to the air channel. Use steel hooks in the air bag straps for easier handling.

- Page 7 Instructions Between the breakaway and outer boom section, ensure that the air holes in the air bag is fitted precisely in line with the air holes in the air channel.
- Page 8 Instructions Tie the strings in a knot using the black brackets. At the end of the boom, tie a knot and put on a metal clamp.
- Page 9 Instructions Use sharp pliers to fasten the metal clamps. At the positions for boom folding, the air bag is attached like this. Do not tie the strings by crossing over the boom folding point, or over to another boom section, as this will cause the strings to break during use.
