NOTICE
• Do not remove the sensor module.
• If fault code numbers P0107/P0108 and P0106 are indicated at the same time, check and repair
P0107/P0108 first.

1 Connection of sensor coupler.
Check the locking condition of
the coupler.
Disconnect the coupler and
check the pins (bent or broken
terminals and locking condition
of the pins).

P0335
No normal signals are received from the crank position sensor.
Sensor checking method
1. Connect the multimeter ( ×
100) to the crankshaft position
sensor coupler.
Tester plus lead, red "1"
Tester negative lead, white "2"
Crankshaft position sensor
2. Measure the crankshaft posi-
tion sensor resistance.
The standard value of the crank-
shaft position sensor resis-
tance:192-288
3. If the crankshaft position sen-
sor resistance is other than the
standard value.
Defective sensor Replace.
Replace the ECU.
Delete this fault code with the
status "Recovered" in the
Yamaha diagnostic tool.
P0107/P0108
Open or short circuit in the intake air pressure sensorr detected.
P0107 (open circuit/ground fault)/P0108 (sky fault)
D03 (Intake air pressure sensor)
Defective connections  Re-
connect or replace the harness.

Actions
Crank the engine and check the
condition of the fault code in the
diagnostic mode of the Yamaha
diagnostic tool.
Condition is Recovered  Go to
item 7 and finish the service.
Condition is Detected  Go to
item 6.
Tester
Finish the service.
Actions
Turn the main switch to "ON",
and then check the condition of
the fault code in diagnostic
mode of the Yamaha diagnostic
tool.
Condition is Recovered  Go to
item 6 and finish the service.
