Manutenzione
Una
adeguata
manutenzione
determinante per una maggiore durata della macchina
in condizioni di funzionamento e di rendimento ottimali.
ATTENZIONE
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, controllo e
regolazione a bordo macchina, vanno effettuate a
macchina spenta e con pannello comandi chiuso
mediante chiave.
Manutenzione ordinaria
•
Verificare
il
flusso
lubrificazione;
aggiungere
bicchiere se mancante (Vedi pag.13).
•
Verificare il manometro del gruppo trattamento aria
compressa (Vedi pag. 13).
•
Ingrassare le guarnizioni OR dei dosatori, dopo il
lavaggio, con olio o grasso di vaselina.
•
Ogni mese, controllare lo stato delle tubazioni
flessibili e se usurate o danneggiate, specie
all'altezza dei raccordi, sostituirle.
•
Verificare una volta all'anno (ogni 3840 ore) lo stato
di lubrificazione delle guide del pattino che fornisce il
moto al gruppo di dosaggio (Pos1). [vedi immagine
seguente]
In caso di soste prolungate della macchina
•
Provvedere a proteggere le parti a contatto con gli
alimenti con grasso di vaselina o grasso alimentare.
•
Riporre le parti staccate in un magazzino di
esclusivo accesso, al riparo da polveri e umidità.
•
Prima del nuovo avviamento della macchina, fare
tutte
le
verifiche
avviamento macchina.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance is essential to keep your machine
in good working order and ensure optimal performance,
and will make it last longer.
ATTENTION
All maintenance, checks and adjustments must be
executed with the machine at standstill and the control
panel turned off with the key.
Routine maintenance
•
Check the flow of oil in the lubrication circuit; top
di
up the oil cup if this is low (see page 13).
•
Check the pressure gauge of the compressed air
treatment unit (see page 13).
•
Clean and then grease the OR seals on the fillers
with oil or Vaseline grease.
•
Check the flexible pipes and their fittings once a
month and replace any that are worn or damaged.
•
Check once at year (every 3840 hours) the
lubrication of the skid's guides, that supply the
motion to dosage group (Pos.1).
In the event of prolonged downtime
•
Protect those parts that come in contact with food
with Vaseline grease or food grease.
•
Put the removed parts in a private store room,
which must be clean and dry.
•
Before re-starting the machine, check it all over as
you would for initial start-up.
