PROBLEM
You have turned control 1 but the
fillers do not open.
The cylinders of the fillers are
working at low speed.
The machine stops during operation.
A filler does not work properly.
A filler drips.
Contact the Technical Service if you encounter any other problems.
CAUSA
Aria compressa non collegata.
Pressione dell'aria insufficiente.
Errata taratura del flusso d'aria.
Pressione aria insufficiente.
Blocco della valvola solenoide
dell'aria o del tymer di regolazione
tempi.
Tubazione aria ostruita.
Montaggio ugello irregolare.
CAUSE
The compressed air supply is not
connected.
Air pressure is too low.
Air flow is incorrectly calibrated.
Air pressure is too low.
The air solenoid valve or timer is
blocked.
Obstructed air pipe.
The nozzle is not fitted properly.

RIMEDIO
Controllare la connessione.
Regolare la pressione al regolatore
nella parte bassa della macchina,
deve essere minimo 6 Bar. Vedi pag.
12-13.
Regolare il flusso con il regolatore del
cilindro.
Controllare la pressione di rete.
Verificare la pressione sul gruppo
regolazione aria. Vedi pag. 12-13.
Controllare l'integrità e posizione
delle tubazioni dell'aria.
Far controllare da un addetto
specializzato l'impianto elettrico.
Smontare le tubazioni e pulirle.
Controllare il montaggio e serrare
con forza la ghiera.
SOLUTION
Check the connection.
Adjust the pressure regulator at the
base of the machine. It should be at
least 6 bar. See page 12-13.
Adjust the cylinder controller to
calibrate the flow.
Check the network pressure.
Check the pressure on the air control
unit. See page 12-13.
Check the condition and positioning
of the air pipes.
Have the electrical system checked
by a specialized technician.
Dismantle the pipes and clean them.
Re-fit the nozzle and tighten the ring
nut firmly.
