Funzionamento
Collegare il freezer continuo al/ai dosatori mediante
tubazione in plastica apposita, non fornita con la
macchina.
Il dosatore è predisposto di portagomma in acciaio inox.
Assicurare le tubazioni di alimentazione del gelato con
fascette in acciaio inox e serrare molto bene le stesse.
Selezionare sul quadro comandi (vedi pag. 20) il CICLO
MANUALE e cominciare a far defluire il prodotto dal
dosatore.
Quando la crema gelato comincia a fuoriuscire in
maniera regolare, posizionare sotto il dosatore il
contenitore che si intende riempire.

principale. Calcolare approssimativamente il tempo di
riempimento e impostarlo sul timer del parametro
"filling time" e regolarne il ritardo di apertura e di
chiusura.
Inoltre va regolato il tempo di risalita e la lunghezza
della corsa di discesa del gruppo di dosaggio; poi
tramite il pulsante START attivare il ciclo automatico.
ATTENZIONE:
Il tempo risalita deve consentire all'operatore di
cambiare il contenitore una volta riempito ma, non può
essere superiore ai 5 secondi poiché, la pressione nelle
tubazioni d'alimentazione del gelato potrebbe risultare
eccessiva ed essere quindi fonte di pericolo.
Per aumentare o diminuire la quantità di gelato dosata,
aumentare
o
diminuire
parametro "filling time": apparirà un tastierino per poter
inserire il numero desiderato.
Per aumentare o diminuire il tempo di pausa tra una
dosata e l'altra, aumentare o diminuire il parametro
"lifting time".(6)

Operation
Connect the continuous freezer to the metering
device/s by suitable plastic piping not supplied with the
machine.
The metering device is ready with stainless steel hose
connector. Secure the ice-cream supply pipes with
stainless steel clamps and tighten them very well.
Select on the control board (see page 20) the MANUAL
CYCLE and start letting the product flow from the
metering device.
When the ice-cream starts flowing out evenly, place
the container you intend to fill underneath the metering
device.
Select the AUTOMATIC CYCLE in the main menu,
Calculate filling time approximately and set it on the
timer of parameter "filling time" and adjust opening and
closing delay.
The upstroke time and descent stroke length of dosage
group must also be adjusted then use the START
button to start the automatic cycle.
ATTENTION:
The upstroke time must allow the operator to change
the container when it's full but cannot exceed 5
seconds as in that case, pressure in the ice-cream
supply pipes might be excessive and be a source of
danger.
To increase or decrease the amount of dispensed ice-
il
cream, increase or decrease the time by selecting the
parameter "filling time": a keypad will be displayed to
enter the correct number.
To increase or decrease the pause time between
batches, increase or decrease the parameter "lifting
time".(6)
