Problem
The titanium head does not
vibrate.
The fan makes a noise.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized
by Panasonic for repair.

Possible cause
The titanium head does not vibrate
during AUTO mode cooling or COOLING
mode.
Your hand is not touching the
microcurrent panel.
There is not sufficient lotion in the cotton
pad.
(In the case of using toner or lotion)
The fan operates in AUTO mode cooling
and COOLING mode.
Action
The skin detection function is
not working. Please grip the
main body so that your hand
firmly touches the microcurrent
panel when you apply the
appliance to your skin.

Make sure that lotion fully
penetrates into the inner side of
the cotton pad.
