Just received CL8600 for Dementia wife and keyboard none navigable, nothing functions as instructions, cannot make calls, cannot answer calls though ringing. This is new out of box and fully charged

If the Geemarc CL8600 keyboard is not functioning and cannot make or answer calls, check if the phone is unlocked. If the issue persists, contact the Geemarc help line for support.
