Rear tow ring
Alternatively, it is possible to tow the vehicle by means of the rear
ring (C) found at the point indicated in the figure.
IMPORTANT
The tow ring (front and rear) MUST NOT be used to tow the vehicle
off the road or where there are obstacles and/or for towing
operations using cables or other non-rigid devices.
6.3
Towing the vehicle after a breakdown
The vehicle can only be towed with the front wheels raised or
with all wheels on the ground, driver on-board, ignition key in
MAR position and e-shifter in N-H position.
WARNING In the case of towing with all the wheels on the ground
and driver on-board, the towing can be carried out with a speed not
exceeding 70 km/h.
IMPORTANT:
If the vehicle is on a gradient, make sure that the wedges are
correctly positioned because, if the unlocking manoeuvre is carried
out, the vehicle could move causing damage to people/things
nearby.
