UCP Instruction Manual 4 - MAINTENANCE The operations described in this chapter must only be carried out by authorised and qualified personnel, using suitable personal protective equipment. Before carrying out any work on the appliance, disconnect it from the mains and from the water supply.
UCP Instruction Manual 4.3 Replacing and cleaning the pump To replace the pump, proceed as follows: • Unscrew the two cover screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the cover. • Unscrew the plastic wing nut from the float arm. Hold down the stop ring in which the pump is connected with a fixed wrench (hex 13) and gently pull the pump out.
