I purchased the Bormann Elite cordless vacuum 2 months ago. It worked perfectly but then after a recent charge, it wouldn’t turn on and the battery percentage that was at 100% started decreasing rapidly when I pressed the on switch. The filters have all been cleaned and I’m uncertain how to fit the problem. Need guidance.
