Swipe to select a break time and touch START to enable the alarm. Touch the icons at the

bottom of the screen to select, play, turn off, and set a time for sleep music.
Viewing your sleep data
Touch the Sleep card on the Health screen of the Huawei Health app to view your daily,
weekly, monthly, and yearly sleep data.

Sleep apnea detection

This feature is not supported for iOS phones.
Joining in the Sleep Apnea Study

Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices then your device name, go to Health
monitoring > Advanced to enable TruSleep

Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device details screen, and touch Heart Study to
open the Heart Study app.
If you have not downloaded and installed the Heart Study app on your phone, you will
be directed to download and install the app. After downloading and installing it,
follow the onscreen instructions to sign in to the app.

Select to join the Sleep Apnea Study.

Touch Devices, and the app will automatically search for and notify you of the devices
that can be connected to. You can also manually select the device to be connected from
the list of supported devices, and follow the onscreen instructions to finish pairing.

After the pairing is successful, touch the paired device, select Sleep Apnea Study, and
enable Sleep Apnea. Your watch will automatically measure and evaluate your breathing
during sleep when you are not moving. After the watch is connected to your phone, it will
sync your breathing data during sleep to your phone.
Exiting the Sleep Apnea Study
Open the Heart Study app, enter the Sleep Apnea Study on the home screen, touch + in the
upper right corner and select Leave study to exit the Sleep Apnea Study.
You can re-join in the Sleep Apnea Study if you want to.

Heart Study
