  • Page 15 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 6. ASSEMBLY Install the hood (B) above the base (C) and the vertical drying unit (A) on the top of the hood. Fix the side panel (D) on the right side of the machine. Fix the hood to the base, tighten the screws provided thoroughly with a screwdriver. Introduce the two bars of the vertical drying unit inside the bases (E, F) pushing it until it comes into contact with the pads (G).
  • Page 16 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS Install the side panel (D) on the left side of the machine, between the base (C) and the hood (B). Fix the side board by means of the appropriate screws using the screwdriver. Install and fix by means of screws the bracket of guns holder (H) to the hood (B).

  • Page 18 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 7. START UP Insert the compressed air hose into the quick connector. The compressor required to use the cleaning foam is not supplied with the appliance. The air inlet pressure must be between 1 and 6 bar.
  • Page 19 The products can be diluted according to the specifications written on the bottle label. Use detergents recommended by Bieffe, te- sted and approved for the respect of the tre- ated materials and the environment. Read the safety data sheets of the products used.
  • Page 20 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 8. IGNITION Connect the power plug grounded in to the outlet base. Connect the power plug in to the grounded outlet of the vacuum hood. Turn the base switch on position “ON/1” posi- tion to start the boiler. The pump automatically loads water into the boiler.

RECOMMENDED WORK CYCLE The following information describe the cleaning of a shoe, but can be considered valid for the cleaning of helmets, jackets, etc. as well. Wear protective glasses for splashes. Wear gloves to avoid getting burned with steam. Connect the power plug grounded in to the outlet base.
  • Page 22 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 9.2 USING THE STEAM/DETERGENT GUN Mount on the gun nozzle (G), the most suitable brush for the material to be cleaned. Ensure that the appropriate detergent is in the yellow container (G). On the handle there are two dispensing but- tons: steam (red) and detergent (white).
  • Page 23 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 9.3 USE OF THE STEAM BRUSH Rinse the shoe from residues of detergent and dirt, injecting steam with the appropriate bru- sh. Press the button on the brush handle to inject steam. 9.4 USING THE STEAM/ VACUUM FLEXIBLE CVK21SC The CVK21SC steam/vacuum handle is control- led dy the pedlboard placed on the floor.
  • Page 24 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 9.5 USE OF THE PROTECTIVE FINISH GUN Make sure that the appropriate product is pre- sent in the blue container (F). Press the lever on the gun grip F to dispense the protective finish product. Spray it evenly all over the surface.
  • Page 25 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 9.7 OZONIZATION After drying, the shoes can be subjected to ozo- ne treatment. Select the ozone blower setting the switch on “2” OZONE. Turn the timer knob to start the ozone jet, ac- cording to the advised times described in the table posted on the right-hand box.
  • Page 26 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 10. MACHINE CLEANING OPERATIONS 10.1 BOILER EMPTYING AND CLEANING THIS OPERATION MUST BE DONE DEPENDING ON THE USE OF THE MACHINE, AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. IF NOT, THE GUARANTEE WILL DECAY. Unplug the power plug from the power outlet. Disconnect the power plug of the vacuum hood from the outlet.
  • Page 27 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS Open the “BOILER DRAINING TAP” to empty the boiler. 10.2 CLEANING OF THE WORKING BENCH Remove the grill from the worktop. Use a steam jet to clean the collection tank. Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pro- ducts that can damage the steel table.
  • Page 28 ® SCARPAVAPOR NO LIMITS 10.3 CLEANING OF THE WET VACUUM Disconnect the power plug. Remove the wet vacuum from the compart- ment. ì Disconnect the vacuum flexible. Release the cover. Remove the filter from the seat and wash it with clean water. Empty and wash the inside of the drum with clean water.
