Performing a Void
In the event that you have to void a sale, you must enter the sales reference number on the PINpad. You can find the
APPR CODE and REF numbers on the receipt of the invoice. See below for more details.
1. After you've selected Void in CRE, the
PINpad will prompt you to Enter
Manager ID & Password. Once you've
entered credentials, select Enter.
2. The PINpad will display a list of results.
You can scroll through the list by using
the left and right arrows.
3. Using the receipt, verify the Credit Sale
amount, last four digits of the Account
(card number), Auth code, and
Reference number.
4. Select the green button (on screen or
on the keypad) to confirm.
