Pocket Conductivity/TDS Meter

Introduction

This multi-functional pen type water quality meter mea-
sures conductivity and total dissolved solids (TDS) to deter-
mine water quality. The unit has auto range recognition, ATC
and automatic shut off if idle for 2 minutes. This compact unit
weighs less than 27 grams, is 6" in length and easily fits into
a shirt pocket or lab coat pocket.

Button Function

1. Turn on: Press the button to turn on.
2. Measurement status: Press the button to switch measure-
ment display interface.
3. Hold function: Double press the button to lock all values,
and double press again to unlock.
4. Shut down: Press and hold the button for about 2 seconds
to shut down (Automatic shut-down after 2 minutes).

  • Page 2 Instructions 1. When first using the unit, open the battery compartment and remove the insulation strip to activate the batteries (Figure 1). 2. Remove the pen (probe) cap and press the button to select TDS/Conductivity function (ppm, µS/cm). 3. Immerse the probe end of the pen into the water sample, and gently stir the pen in a circular motion.
