8. After confirming that the probe operator is not touching the device under test, turn on the high-volt-
age source.
9. Measure the voltage under test and observe the waveform on the oscilloscope.
WARNING
Remember the actual voltage is the attenuation factor greater than the oscilloscope
waveform.
