5. Thaw the food

Note: After thawing on a low setting, the food may not yet have reached the proper
temperature for feeding. To attain this, the baby food must be warmed up further
(see "4. Warming food" on page 25).
1. Put the unsealed bottle or jar into the bottle warmer (3) with the aid of basket (4).
2. Fill the space between the bottle or jar and bottle warmer (3) with water (room
temperature).
Filling height: up to the height of the bottle or jar or to max. 1 cm below the
edge of the device.
3. Connect the mains plug to the socket.
4. Use the control knob (1) to select the setting for thawing if you are dealing with
food that spoils easily, e.g. breast milk.
Gentle thawing results if you use either of the first two dot markings on the scale.
You can select a higher setting for food such as purée that does not spoil easily
or if you are in a hurry.
The indicator lamp (2) now always lights up when a heating phase is carried out.
5. When the food is defrosted and liquid, continue with point 4. under "4. Warming
food"on page 25.
