POD won’t update. It has been doing this for almost an hour. It keeps restarting but can’t get pass loading 19 of 20.

The Insulet Omnipod 5 POD update issue, where it gets stuck at loading 19 of 29 and keeps restarting, may be caused by a problem with the version 1.2.4 update. The issue could be related to Wi-Fi connectivity during the update process. The user mentioned that their controller was not connected to Wi-Fi when the update started, which might have caused the update to fail and enter a reboot loop. Insulet was aware of the issue and planned to release another update to address it.
