    Operating Instructions H24d Fuel Pump Priming The Kohler diesel engine is equipped with a mechanical fuel pump and in certain situations (running out of fuel, changing the fuel filter, or other fuel system maintenance) the fuel system may need to be primed by removing air trapped in the system.
