VK 111-610 control boards must be reset and recalibrated whenever they're
replaced or when steamers are moved to higher or lower elevations. Use these
instructions to reset and recalibrate the control board. Note the # 165176 calibration
(jumper) cable was changed -- alligator clips are no longer included. To use the
jumper cable, provide alligator clips to connect the cable to the steamer.

PROCEDURE FOR RESETTING CONTROL BOARD:
NOTE: The control board must be reset whenever it has been replaced and if basic calibration
has to be repeated (because of an error -- see fault codes on page 2).
1. Remove two (2) screws to open access panel at bottom rear of steamer. Replace control board
if defective.
2. Connect cable 4-pin connector to terminal ST 5 on right side of control board. Attach alligator
clips to ends of black and
exposed wire on wire loop of cable.
3. Turn steamer on to reset control board -- when board has reset, steamer
will flash five (5) times. Turn steamer off.
NOTES:
Replacement capacitors (part # 169105) may look slightly differently and have a slightly different
rating than ones used on older steamers. Older control boards may have three terminals ("N", "L" & "Out").
