Diagnose Opinion: melanoma of the vulva
There is one pigmentation field in right side of urethra orificium, it is brown, surface of
tumour focus is flat, not extrudes out mucous membrane, brim of pathologic change area
is irregular, extending outside like pseudopod, can see branch focus around it. Must
attention it has possibility becoming canceration. Pathologic result is melanoma of the
vulva, active cell hyperplasia.

Symmetrically and evenly distribute tuber like vescile at inner side of two labium minus,
oval, semitransparent, surface has no vascular loops. Pathologic result is
pseudocondyloma of vulva.
