Removing the Gas system
1.
Turn off and disconnect the gas line from the inlet to the cabinet
2. Open the Control Cabinet door
3. Remove the 2 nuts holding the valve bracket in place
4. Slide the entire Gas Assembly slightly to the left and then slide the system out
Gas Inlet to cabinet (Valve)
Install in reverse order.
NOTE: If changing from Gas to Charcoal, use only very short screws to mount the
plug as there will be refractory material directly behind the stainless steel. Be careful
not to crack the refractory when inserting screws.

drag Gas system out.
