- Page 3 Step 1 Unpack and place all parts on a clean, non-marring surface. Step 2 Insert the Pressure Cylinder(B) into the Chromed Base(C) mounting position. Step 3 Hit the Pressure Cylinder(B) into the Chromed Base(C) Hole with hammer. Put the Pressure Cylinder(B) with the Chromed Base(C) into the mounting position under the Chair Seat(A).
