TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
"Add Water"
indicator is on.
"Ice Full" indicator
is on.
"Ice Full" and "Add
Water" indicators
are on at the same
time.
Ice Maker starts
making noises
through the cycle.
Ice cubes stick
together.
Ice is full but the
light is off.
Ice making cycle is
normal but there is
no ice.

Possible Causes
Water level is low.
The ice basket is full.
The ice sensor is broken.
The ice scoop is stuck.
Ice is jammed inside the unit.

The ice making cycle is too
long.
Part of the evaporator rods in
the ice box are too large.
The water temperature in the
inner tank is too high.
The location of the ice maker is
too close to a light source and
it affects the infrared
detection.
Ambient temperature or water

The pipe in the cooling system
is blocked.
Solution
Turn unit OFF, fill the water
tank, and turn unit ON again.
Remove ice from the basket.
Turn unit OFF and ON again to
see if ice production restarts. If
not, contact customer service.
Check if ice scoop is blocking
the sensor, if it is, remove and
rearrange.
Turn unit OFF and wait 30
minutes for it to unclog before
turning it back ON.

Stop the ice maker and restart
when the current ice blocks
melt and fall off. Turn the unit
