Sleep mode
When idle, enter the sleep mode when there is no activity for 4 minutes, and display temperature at this time.
Press any key to exit.
Motor error
When motor wire disconnect or VR broken, console display ERR4, then it needs power off to check the circuit.

TRAINING INSTRUCTION

1. Warm-Up
To prevent injury and maximize performance
we recommend that each workout period
starts with a warm-up. We suggest you do the
following exercise as the sketch map. Each
exercise at least about 30 seconds.
