FXX If "F" appears, turn off the power and then turn it on again. If "F" still appears, please stop
using the washer dryer and contact a service representative for repair.

Troubleshooting
Possible Cause
●
Water tap may not be turned on.
●
Water inlet fi lter may be clogged.
●
Water line or water hose may be frozen.
●
Water supply may be cut off.
●
Drain hose or lint fi lter may be clogged.
●
Drain hose may be kinked or frozen.
●
Drain hose may not be set correctly.
●
Height of the drain outlet may be too high.
●
Clothes may be imbalanced in the drum.
●
You may be washing only one heavy item such as a
cotton blanket or jeans, or small items in a laundry net.
●
You may be washing too many large items such as bed sheets.
●
The washer dryer may be installed on a slanting fl oor or may not be level.
●
Check whether there is lint in dry fi lter or dry fi lter port.
●
Make sure the laundry has been spun and is not tangled.
●
Make sure water is being properly supplied.
●
Make sure the drain hose is installed properly.
Refer to the solution for when "C02" is displayed.
●
Laudry may be exceeded rated load and
door is pushed from inside
●
There may be other appliances that generate
electrical noise near the washer dryer.
●
The drain hose may not be set correctly.
●
There may be too much foam in the drum.
●
Laundry may exceed rated capacity.
●
There may be too many clothes.
●
Clothes may be tangled.
●
There may be too much foam in the drum.
●
The power cord may be extended too
●
The door may be open
●
The door may not be closed completely
●
Laudry may be exceeded rated load and
door is pushed from inside
Solution
Check water tap, water
inlet fi lter, water line and
water hose.
Check lint fi lter, drain hose and drain outlet.
If C02 still appears after removing
the possible cause, please contact
your local service center for repair.
Add a few clothes to the
drum. (Spinning only
one item may result in
imbalance.)
Press Power button to
start the operation.
●
Press the middle right side of
door to close tightly.
●
Check whether the laundry is
exceeded rated load or not .
●
After checking and closing the door,
press Start/Pause button and wait
until the door lock is released.
Move the appliances away
from the washer dryer.
Same as in C02 & C20.

To eliminate the excessive foam,
switch off the washer dryer and
wait for about 30 mins, then switch
far.(P.2) on again and select Rinse & Spin
without adding detergent.

fuction is set up, silde the DOOR
LOCK PREVENTION Knob and
Return the handle to its original state.
