Problems with the humidifier
Problem
The humidifier is not
supplying moisture to
the food in the
PerfectFresh Active
zone.
Problems with the ice cube maker
Problem
You cannot switch the
ice cube maker on.
The ice cube maker is
not producing any ice
cubes.

Possible cause and remedy
The humidifier is not switched on.
 Tap on the  symbol in Settings mode .
The compartment cover has been pulled forwards to
the "Low humidity " setting.
 Push the compartment cover backwards so that
the "Increased humidity " setting is selected.
There is not enough water in the water container.
 Fill the water container with fresh drinking water.
The water container is not fitted correctly.
 Insert the water container, making sure it clicks
into position correctly.
There is dirt in front of the humidifier.
 Clean the humidifier and water container.
Possible cause and remedy
The appliance is not connected to the power supply
or is not switched on.
 Reconnect to the mains and switch the appliance
back on.
The refrigeration appliance or ice cube maker is not
switched on.
 Switch on the refrigeration appliance and the ice
cube maker.
The tap is not turned on or has not been vented.
 Turn on the tap.
 Check whether the water supply has been vented.
The drawer of the ice cube maker is not closed
properly.
 Push the drawer all the way in.
The freezer door has been opened too frequently,
causing the compressor to turn on more often and
the ice cube maker has iced up.
