Problem
The humidifier is not
supplying moisture to
the food in the
PerfectFresh Active
zone.
The floor of the
refrigerator is wet.
Food has frozen
together.
There is no audible
alarm although the door
has been open for a
long time.

Possible cause and remedy
The humidifier is not switched on.
 Tap on the  symbol in Settings mode .
The compartment lid has been pulled forwards to the
"Low humidity " setting.
 Push the compartment lid backwards so that the
"Increased humidity " setting is selected.
There is not enough water in the water container.
 Fill the water container with fresh tap water.
The water container is not fitted correctly.
 Insert the water container, making sure it clicks
into position correctly.
There is dirt in front of the humidifier.
 Clean the humidifier and water container.
The condensate drain hole is blocked.
 Clean the condensate channel and drain hole.
The food packaging was not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
 Use a blunt instrument, e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it apart carefully.
This is not a fault. The alarm has been switched off in
Settings mode. If you want to switch the audible
alarm back on again:
 Tap .
 Swipe left or right until  is shown in the middle.
 Tap .
 Swipe left or right until the volume you want is
shown in the middle.
 Confirm the volume you want by tapping on the
segment bar.
When the alarms and buzzers are switched on,
 will appear.
