This toy contains sharp functional points and sharp functional edges.
• To be used under direct supervision of an adult.
• For ages 6+
• Keep out of reach from children under 6 years. Don't ever play with scissors - they are a craft tool and not for playing.
• Scissors are sharp and are used for paper and fabric only. Do not run with scissors and store scissors downwards in a
safe place out of reach.
• Warning! Failure to take these precautions would expose the user to sharp edges. Laceration hazard.
• ATTENTION! Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged by
an adult or by children over 8 years of age. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being
charged. Di erent types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Batteries are to be inserted with
the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply terminals are not to be
short-circuited.
• RECYCLING BATTERIES, WASTE ELECTRICAL and ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Dispose of old batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them. Help the environment, dispose of batteries
and electrical products responsibly. Batteries must not be disposed of in domestic waste as they can contain
substances which can be damaging to the environment and health. Please contact your local authority for
designated collection points or recycling facility.
• Always disconnect or remove power supply including batteries when changing needles or threading machines or
wiping with a damp cloth. Do not use liquids for cleaning.
• Never open the main motor case of the machine, the mechanism has been factory adjusted. Always check the
threading of the Iock stitch before beginning to sew a seam. Improper threading or placement of the bobbin in the
case could result in damage to the machine.
• Do not pull on fabric as you sew. Gently guide only. Pulling could break the needle and result in damage to the
machine or injury.
• Remove batteries when the machine is not in use for long periods, This saves battery life and protects the machine.
Keep extra batteries on hand so projects will not be interrupted when batteries need to be replaced.
• Do not operate the sewing machine with wet hands, without shoes, or while standing in water or on a wet surface
when using the adaptor. This may cause an electric shock.
• Use only the power adaptor recommended by the manufacturer, any other adaptor may cause injury or damage to
the machine. Use DC 6.0V-0.8A adaptor, Model: SW0600800-W01.
• Never use with a damaged power cord or plug. Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not trap the power cord or pull around sharp edges this could cause the cord to become punctured or damaged
and could result in injury.
• Do not unplug by pulling or tugging on the cord. Grasp the plug with dry hands to remove the plug from the outlet.
Always turn the power o at the source when removing the plug.
• Do not touch needles before you turn o the power, if you do not follow the instructions it may cause injury. Sharp
edges, puncture hazard.
• Do not sew clothing while it is on your body, this may cause injury to the user.
• Never leave the sewing machine unattended while plugged in. Turn the sewing machine o , and unplug the power
cord when not in use.
• The transformer is not a toy. The toy must only be used with a transformer for toys. Transformers used with the toy are
to be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts, and that, in the event of such
damage, the toy must not be used with this transformer until the damage has been repaired.
• You must only have one type of power supply connected to this product. The product must have either batteries
inserted or the transformer connected. You must never have both power supplies connected at the same time.
It must not be connected to more than the recommended number of power supplies.
