Remove the finger guard
2.
Press the release button
compartment
(N).
Remove cover by lifting up where it has popped up at rear.
3.
Place the bobbin with the thread of your choice in the bobbin compartment
of the thread extended out from the bobbin compartment (N).

Raise the presser foot
(R)
5.
Raise the needle
Lay the thread out straight making sure it aligns over the hole directly below the needle (R).
Turn the hand wheel
up the bobbin thread.

Use some scissors or tweezers to bring both the spool thread and bobbin thread around to the side.
Lower the presser foot
around to the left of the machine. Pull it gently up and you will see it has caught the bobbin thread.
7.
Pull the two threads toward the rear (away from you) and lay them under the presser foot
8.
Snap the bobbin compartment
Note: It is essential that the threading of both top and bottom is done properly. Check carefully, and
do one practice stitch before beginning to sew.
