1.
To ensure a smooth and flat seam on both sides of
the fabric, a correct thread tension is needed.
2.
To loosen the thread tension, turn the tension screw
(Q)
to the left (-). Loosening the thread tension can
be very useful while threading the machine as it is
easier to pull thread through. Sewing on heavier
fabric may also benefit from a looser tension.
3.
To tighten the tension turn the tension screw
the right (+). Sewing on very light fabric may require
tighter tension.
You can wind your own bobbins with thread from spools you purchase separately. Make sure to
remove any bobbin already in the bobbin compartment
1.
Place the thread spool
Press down the bobbin winder handler (W), to raise up the bobbin winder spindle (T).
2.
Take an empty bobbin. Take the loose end of the cotton thread and push it through one of the holes
of the bobbin (from the inside to the outside) leave about 2cm hanging outside. Wind the remaining
thread around the bobbin starting over not under. Do this 7-8 times to secure the line to the bobbin.
Place the bobbin on the bobbin winder spindle (T), making certain that the thread is winding around
the bobbin right to left.
Between the thread spool and the bobbin, wind the thread once all the way around the thread holder (I).
3.
4.
Press down the foot pedal or use the auto sew mode. The machine will then start to wind thread onto
the bobbin. When the bobbin is full. Lift your foot o the pedal or switch o the auto sew mode.
Lift the bobbin up away from bobbin winder spindle (T).
Press down the bobbin winder handler

1.
You can use the stitch length adjustment dial
change the stitch length when sewing.
2.
Turn the dial all the way to the left in order to get
the longest stitch length. This is recommended for
DC 6V
1000mA
FOOT PEDAL
normal sewing.
3.
By turning the dial towards the middle, the stitch
length will be reduced.
4.
When the dial is set to the middle point, the stitch
length will become zero, therefore the fabric will not
move forward.
5.
Turning the dial all the way to the right will put the
machine into reverse. This is useful for backstitching
to secure seams in place and stop them from
unravelling.
